Engine 62-1 was dispatched along with Rescue 48 and EMS to assist Station 63 on a multiple vehicle crash with entrapment in the 1600 block of Lincoln Highway. Engine 63-1 arrived and confirmed entrapment in one vehicle. Engine 62-1’s crew pulled a hand line on arrival and assisted the 63-1 crew with extrication and vehicle depowering. Squad 62-2 responded and closed Lincoln Highway at Michigan Ave. until the incident was complete.
