For over 70 years, Witmer Fire Protective Association has held Ox Roasts as a major fundraiser to fund our operations. We typically hold three Ox Roasts per year. The second Saturday in February, third, fourth (traditionally) or fifth Saturday in April (possible change due to Easter holiday) and the third Saturday in October.
Almost all food is made on site, and all meals are take-out only through our drive-thru lanes. Our Ox Roasts are known the nation over for providing a good hearty meal to all those who come to enjoy it. We have regular customers from across the street, as well as the states of PA, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, New York and beyond (sometimes even Florida!)

Our Ox Roasts are great for families, destination clubs/groups, day trips, or lunch/dinner on a whim!
